Business simulations are great for learning but they also make great team-building and management retreat activities. Getting leaders and their teams together for a weekend of intensive learning, fun, and engagement can also create team camaraderie and team spirit.

This is exactly what Tan Chong Group did in Port Dickson one weekend. A two-day, one-night retreat powered by Celemi™ Apples & Oranges was just the ticket to intensive fun, learning but more importantly, charting a business strategy, action plans and directions for the challenging year ahead.

Our business simulations are customized and at Brandt, we ensure strategy, learning, and goals align with your organization. We incorporate additional games, interactive live surveys, action items, and planning brainstorming boards and forms. Participants don’t just learn through play, but they also align with your organization’s mission and goals.

As for the participants, action items were plenty, team spirit was rekindled, and despite the challenging road ahead. The intense competition as well as the challenging simulation meant that they reduced their meal times, drank too much coffee and many participants had headaches and heart attacks at the same time. Of course, it wasn’t always stressful and everyone had a tremendous amount of fun in the entire process. This is what makes our business simulation learning different. They departed on a Saturday afternoon with a new understanding as well as an appreciation for the business as well as their own team’s objectives. A productive retreat overall.
