Securing Project Success!
We design, develop and deliver learning solutions for organizations so that their talents are able to perform to their fullest potential and meet strategic objectives. A business simulation is a realistic and engaging learning experience. It is our firm belief that people learn when being motivated, stimulated and having fun. Our simulations create a spontaneous learning process – people learn without noticing they do!
A one-day experience where teams are challenged to maximize their projects’ business value, while balancing the needs of key stakeholders – sponsors and the steering committee, the project delivery team, and the end users.
Preparing People for the challenges of Project work.
What is Celemi Cayenne™
In Celemi Cayenne™, participants advise a recently finished project–an IT roll-out of a new system. The catch? Nobody’s satisfied. The project failed to
deliver as expected, the potential value was insufficiently tapped and there were overruns.
In teams, participants revisit the project to identify the issues, deliver better results and maximize business value while balancing diverse stakeholder needs.
The challenges are universal. The lessons are as memorable like the burn of a hot pepper.
Help your company learn from their mistakes long before the stakes are high by playing Celemi Cayenne™ – the secret ingredient for securing project success.
Warm up a project team and bring out the best in each participant. Prepare your people to anticipate and navigate the heat of project pitfalls.
What is a Business Simulation?
Learning by Doing
Business simulations gradually introduces new information to the participants and recreates the workplace environment where they work in teams, make decisions and experience the consequences first-hand. This allows participants to learn from their mistakes, make adjustments and actually test out the “new knowledge” by putting it to use.
Interaction and Engagement
In a business simulation, professionals work together to consider new information presented to them, then make decisions, plan strategies and take action. Participants get to control the outcome! They also gain instant feedback about their actions and are guided in meaningful assessments and analysis, thus learning from each other.
Real-world Results
Effective business simulations build in the same business drivers that are relevant to your business or industry. “The win” in a business simulation should not come from a simple change in strategy (e.g., introduce a new advertising campaign), but rather from a series of decisions that consider all aspects of the operation-finance, marketing, production and more.
A Range of Perspectives
Business simulations provide the ultimate arrangement for bringing together different skill sets and thus, different perspectives. An accountant might find himself on the same team as a marketing director and a quality control manager. Each brings a different point of view to the simulation and learns even more when taking a role outside of his or her comfort zone.
What some participants have said
“Thoroughly engaging and high-stakes simulation that challenges you to constantly think and out-think your competitor teams. Make enough mistakes and your company can easily go bankrupt!”
“”Win or lose, this simulation game really forces you to think actively and not just be a passive listener or learner. Hands-on is the best way to learn!”
