“The saying there is no “I” in team is cliched and overused but according to Steve Jobs, “Great things in business are never done by one person. They’re done by a team.” And also, despite his big ego, he did also say that “It doesn’t make sense to hire smart people and tell them what to do; we hire smart people so they can tell us what to do.”
2019 has been a challenging year for us as a company so we had a team offsite and used the N.E.W.S.® Navigation #OrganizationalNavigation in November to synergize the team. We needed a team direction.
With the right mindset, goals and team effort, we pulled it off. Many people wished they can write-off 2020. Surviving was on everyone’s mind but we thrived in the adversity – while organizations were cutting down office space, we added two new sites.
