About the Trainer
Perng Ling is a seasoned IT professional with an 18 year track record of success in the technology sector. Holding a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Malaya, her career spans a broad spectrum of projects across financial solutions and cutting-edge domains like unified commerce, smart manufacturing, and super apps. She has expertise in smart retail, concierge services, and travel and hospitality technologies.
Over her 15 years in project management, Perng Ling has amassed more than 15 years of project management experience, advancing from Analyst to Project Manager, and ultimately to Program Director. Throughout her career, she has successfully spearheaded over 20 cutting-edge projects, encompassing cloud solutions, AI-powered applications, immersive technologies, IoT, data analytics, Agentic AI and AI-Powered business automation solution. Her strategic leadership in these roles illustrates her adeptness at navigating complex and innovative technological landscapes. Certified as a HRDCorp Trainer since 2022, Perng Ling specializes in professional training and development. She holds a PMP Certification since 2020, emphasizing her expertise in project management best practices. Additionally, since 2023, she has been a Registered Scrum Master and Product Owner, skilled in Agile methodologies for effective product management. She also achieved the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner designation in 2023, further affirming her deep knowledge and skill in Agile practices for successful project delivery.
