"Mental health and wellness in the workplace is becoming a critical issue and a psychologically healthy work environment results in higher productivity and business value.

One of the most crucial issues that organizations currently face is Workplace Mental Health. More than 300 million people suffer from depression globally and the numbers are increasing. With increasing mental health challenges such as depression, stress and anxiety at workplace, it has become necessary for organizations to promote mental health awareness and foster a psychologically healthy work environment.

The HRDC Claimable Mental Health Awareness & Stress Management program goes beyond theory, and is designed to increase awareness and reduce stigma about mental health issues, and provide practical tools for managing stress and mental wellbeing. Through a mix of lectures with interactive individual and group activities for practical application, participants will learn how to build resilience using healthy coping strategies, enabling them to be more effective as a leader, manager or co-worker, towards a thriving culture and organization.
