Purpose of This Page
This page serves as the official and exclusive channel for banks, licensed background screening agencies, and authorised institutions to submit employment and background verification requests for current and former employees of Brandt.
All verification requests must be submitted through this page. Requests submitted via personal email, phone calls, WhatsApp, or other informal channels will not be processed or acknowledged.
Who Can Submit a Verification Request
This service is strictly limited to the following authorised parties:
- Banks and financial institutions
- Licensed background screening and due diligence agencies
- Government or regulatory bodies
Requests from individuals, candidates, former employees, or unauthorised third parties will not be accepted.
Information That Can Be Verified
Brandt will verify information strictly within the permitted scope and subject to valid written consent from the employee or former employee.
Employment Verification
- Employment status (current / former)
- Employment period
- Job title / designation
- Department or project (where applicable)
Conditional Verification (Written Consent Required)
- Last drawn salary
- Rehire eligibility status (Yes / No / Unable to Comment)
Brandt does not disclose performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, behavioural records, internal assessments, or confidential company information.
Verification Conditions & Limitations
Completeness of Information
Brandt reserves the right not to process, delay, or respond to any verification request that is incomplete, inaccurate, unclear, or submitted without the required supporting documents.
Requestors are fully responsible for ensuring that all information and documents submitted are complete, accurate, and clearly legible at the point of submission. Brandt is not obligated to follow up for missing or incomplete information.
Scope of Brandt’s Responsibility
Brandt’s responsibility is limited strictly to verifying the information provided by the requestor against internal employment records.
Brandt does not:
- Generate new information
- Reconstruct employment history
- Provide advisory opinions
- Release additional personal or employment data beyond the verification scope
Requestors must obtain complete and accurate information directly from the candidate or employee before submission. Any discrepancies arising from incorrect or incomplete submissions remain the responsibility of the requester.
Data Protection & Consent
All verification requests are handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Brandt’s internal confidentiality standards.
Verification will only be processed if:
- Valid written consent from the employee or former employee is provided
- The request is submitted by an authorised representative
- The scope of verification aligns strictly with the consent provided
By submitting a request, the requester confirms that all information provided is accurate, lawfully obtained, and authorised for verification purposes.

Mandatory Document Upload
The following documents are mandatory for processing:
- Signed employee consent form
- Verification request letter on official company letterhead
Optional documents (if applicable):
- Bank verification forms
- Background screening questionnaires

Incomplete or missing documents may result in non-processing without further notice.
Password-Protected Files
Some verification requests may include password-protected documents for security reasons.
If password-protected files are submitted:
- The password must be provided at the point of submission, or
- The password must be sent separately to the official follow-up email stated on this page, clearly referencing the submission reference number.
Brandt will not process password-protected documents if the password is not provided.
Brandt is not obligated to follow up or request missing passwords for incomplete submissions.
Processing Timeline & Operating Hours
- Service Level Agreement (SLA): Response within five (5) working days
- Operating hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(Excluding public holidays)
The SLA commences only after a complete and valid submission has been received.

Brandt reserves the right to decline, limit, delay, or not respond to verification requests that do not comply with consent requirements, data protection obligations, internal verification standards, or operational constraints.
Verification outcomes are based solely on information available in Brandt’s records at the time of processing. Brandt shall not be liable for decisions made by third parties based on verified information provided.
