This module specifically enables all new or existing Team Leaders, Subject matter experts and Quality analysts to apply behaviour based coaching approach. Leaders will be able to know the difference between Feedback Vs Coaching and able to apply this knowledge to the Mentoring Process within their organization as they design individual coaching sessions. The program also emphasizes the practice of situational leadership styles to communicate engagingly and effectively, motivate subordinates with different personalities with ease. The modules are focused on the key components of leadership which are essential in developing good leaders, the training material is simplified into interactive videos, leadership tips and action plans which can be applied actively in the workplace.
